Shipping Policy

Each jar is sealed within days of the harvest and sent out into the world the way it left the cliff — carefully, and not in a hurry.

We ship internationally from our highland dispatch point. Some destinations restrict or prohibit the import of honey; it is your responsibility to check your local customs rules before ordering. If a package is stopped at your border, we cannot offer a refund.

Orders are hand-packed within two to four business days. Because every harvest is small, occasionally a jar sells out between your order and our shelf. If that happens, we will write to you and offer a later harvest or a full refund.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes five to ten business days for international orders and two to four for domestic. These are estimates, not promises — the jars travel a long way.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your jar leaves us. If it goes quiet for more than ten days, write to contact@tripmadhoney.com and we will find it.

If a jar arrives broken or unsealed, send us a photograph within seven days and we will replace it or refund you in full. The honey should arrive exactly as it left the cliff.
